Super Solveig

In my late night internet wanderings I came across an article about Solveig, a 10 year old graffiti artist in England. 

AND SHE IS AMAZING!

She has been painting since she was 8 and has done some amazing pieces, including one on the Berlin Wall. All of her work includes her name (Sol or Solveig) and her favorite images are of skulls and zombies. I'm not sure how the laws work in England around street art, but it seems that all of her work is legal, just in case you were wondering. 

Her and some friends have started the AGC (All Girl Crew) and have been participating in jams and general artistic adventures around England. 

She has already had an interview in Graphotism, and has many many articles and blogs around the world talking about her. And while I think the tendancy to call her the girl bansky is annoying (not because she isn't amazing, but because there are TONS of women street artists out there, my personal favorite being Swoon, and I think that they are being erased in these stories - but that's another post)  the attention she is getting and her great work definitely well deserved.

Did I mention she's 10? And the AGC? And the tattoo she did for someone when she was 9?
