I recently got my license, sometime in the month of March. I also happen to get a car for my birthday so I’ve been driving ever since. My boyfriend doesn’t have a car so I’m the one who picks him up when we’re going somewhere together.

I got an email the other day from Compassion Canada. I sponsor a Haitian girl through them. They’ve decided to put up my sponsorship rate.

I was walking from the store to the car on Saturday afternoon when I found a baby bird in the doorway of a store. It had obviously fallen out of its nest. One swing of the door and it would have been crushed.

So Tiger Woods is back and is playing The Masters 2010 Golf tournament. While he’s lost over 30 million dollars in endorsements, Nike, his biggest endorser has stuck by him. They recently launched a new commercial in conjunction with his return to golf using his dead father as a voice over.

I was asked to blog about sexual power and pleasure. I asked a close friend of mines what she thought and our opinions differed greatly. I decided to ask around to see what other young women thought. Here are the responses of those who took the time to answer:

The humanitarian organisation CARE has denounced an increase in violence and rape against women and young girls in Haiti. Since the earthquake last month, a lot of women have been left alone with no family and have become easy targets.

 

I was watching the view one morning last week and  one of their hot topics was  Rihanna’s new GQ spread. There are a total of four including the cover shot. The four women on the view had varying opinions concerning the pictures.  While two of them were not too sure what the pictures were suppose to signify it was suggested that this was a way for Rihanna to move on.
